Our rationale
A good and reliable relationship benefits the client and the lawyer as persons and is an essential requirement for successful legal work in the interest of the client, which is why our work is based on the following guiding principles:
Our approach is completely non-judgemental and we attach great importance to explaining the situation of the case and the foreseeable further development as transparently as possible while maintaining our positive attitude.
We are fair towards our clients, but also our opponents. Unfairness cannot replace lack of expertise and assertive skills, on the contrary: in most cases, the clients and their reputation have to pay for their lawyers' bad moves in the end. We, in turn, want our clients to benefit from our persistence in solving a matter.
When communicating with our clients, we know how to distinguish between significant and insignificant facts. It is our responsibility to back our clients up without acting behind their backs, which is why we always keep them informed on the significant aspects of a case.
We place great emphasis on the linguistic style of our written statements. It is not true that the courts and other legal experts appreciate legalese. We therefore seek to present our thoughts in a clear and structured manner, because it serves the cause when our arguments are comprehensible for both the clients and the courts.
